What We Wear
What We Wear is a wooden toy for preschoolers. Kids will learn what each clothing item is called. There are 9 pieces of clothing items. You can lift them up to see what they are called. For example, you can pick up the pink gloves on the bottom left hand corner and you will see that they are called 'gloves'. This is a good, wooden learning toy for kids but the loose parts can be dangerous for toddlers.
Making What We Wear wooden toys
This wooden toy is something that parents can make at home for toddlers. Parents can make any shapes, not just clothes that toddlers wear. First you cut a nice piece of wood the size that you want, then you cut another piece of exactly the same size. Then cut different shapes out of the second piece of wood and attach something on each piece so that each piece can be lifted. Make sure you sand each piece good so that kids will not get splinters when playing. Playing with wooden toys can be dangerous.
On the board, there are:
- socks,
- coat,
- boots,
- gloves,
- shirt,
- jeans,
- T-shirt,
- belt, and
- wool hat
